Role Based Access Control Terms and Conditions

The additional terms and conditions ("Terms") set out below form part of the OKX

Terms of Service
or the Local Terms applicable to you (the "ToS") and apply to all Account owners who choose to enable Role-Based Access Control ("RBAC") for their Account.

  1. By enabling RBAC, you warrant and represent that you are the owner of the Account, or are a person duly authorized to make such changes to the Account in case of corporate account ownership. In case of corporate ownership of the Account, you warrant and represent that you have the authority to bind the corporate owner to these Terms.

  2. You agree that the account owner will remain ultimately responsible for all actions, or lack thereof, conducted on the OKX Platform while utilizing RBAC services. OKX will not be responsible for the actions of any persons that are granted access to your account through your use of the RBAC services.

  3. To the fullest extent permitted and requested by applicable laws and regulations, you will allow and assist OKX to collect and update the KYC information for each end user that will be using the RBAC services under your Account. To the fullest extent permitted and requested by applicable laws and regulations, you agree and acknowledge that you shall fully indemnify OKX and warrant the accuracy of any KYC information submitted to OKX for and on behalf of your end users.

  4. OKX reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept, approve, reject or revoke any access rights to RBAC service users at any time. In the event of conflict or dispute, OKX's interpretation shall be final. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX also reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate these Terms at any time for any reason without prior notice.

  5. YOU AGREE THAT OKX IS PROVIDING THE RBAC SERVICES AS-IS. OKX MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: (A) AS TO THE COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, STABILITY OR ACCURACY OF THE RBAC SERVICE, OR THAT ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (B) WHETHER THE RBAC SERVICE WILL BE SATISFACTORY FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTS; AND (C) WHETHER THE PLATFORM IS SUBJECT TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND USE RESTRICTIONS OF OTHERS. OKX SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

  6. The provision of RBAC services, is not, and should not be construed as, investment or trading advice, nor is it to be relied upon in making any investment, trading or other decisions. Prior to making any investment or trading decisions, you are advised to consult with your professional advisors on the appropriateness of such investment or trade.

  7. Capitalized terms used herein that are not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the TOS.

  8. If there are other translated versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail and control in the event of conflict.

  9. In cases of conflict between these Terms and the ToS, these Terms will control.
