We're hiring a Head of Governance at House of Stake and @NEARGovernance. This is a critical role - far more important than my own! We've done our best to start HoS off on the right foot; now we're looking for a seasoned professional to take NEAR governance to the next level.
HoS isn't an ordinary DAO, and it needs more than an ordinary leader. NEAR is a large, mature ecosystem, which means there's both a large challenge and a large opportunity associated with progressive decentralization of its governance. It's a big task.
The opportunity is bigger than NEAR, and bigger than crypto: to prove our hypothesis that modern AI tools make governance faster, easier, more transparent, and more participatory.
